Zag alums saw more action on day two of the NBA Summer League slate, with four former Bulldogs seeing minutes and two reaching double figures in scoring.
Jalen Suggs: Suggs shined in his unofficial NBA debut, finishing with 24 points, 9 rebounds, 3 blocks, 2 steals, and an assist in the Magic’s 91-89 win over Golden State. In addition to filling up the stat sheet, Suggs showed off his athleticism and skill on both ends of the court, including a clutch block to send the game into overtime.

Filip Petrusev: Petrusev saw 19 minutes as a starter for the Sixers in his American professional debut. He finished with 5 points, 4 rebounds, 3 blocks, an assist and a steal in his first NBA audition Philly beat the Mavericks, 95-73.
Jonathan Williams III: Williams saw limited action for the Kings in their summer league win over Charlotte. He played just three minutes, grabbing one rebound while not attempting a shot. Hopefully he gets some more opportunities this summer to show he is worthy of an NBA return.
Zach Norvell Jr: Norvell was one of a few players who did not suit up for the Spurs’ game against the Timberwolves. It has been a while since we last saw Norvell on the court, as he did not participate in last season’s G-League bubble. In 2019-20, he saw action in five NBA games for the Warriors and Lakers, averaging 2 ppg in a little over eight minutes of playing time.
