Jenn Wirth Named WCC Co-Player of the Year

Second-straight year the Zags capture the title.

Five members of the Gonzaga Bulldogs earned All-WCC honors, highlighted by senior forward Jenn Wirth earning Co-Player of the Year alongside BYU’s Shaylee Gonzalez. It is the second-straight year a Gonzaga player captured the award, with Wirth following in Jill Townsend’s footsteps last season.

Jeff Judkins from BYU was named Coach of the Year, Valerie Higgins from Pacific earned Defensive Player of the Year honors, San Francisco’s Ioanna Krimili was named Newcomer of the Year, and Gonzaga senior Melody Kempton captured Sixth Woman of the Year honors.
