The Gonzaga Bulldogs will now close out conference play against the Santa Clara Broncos and the Loyola Marymount Lions, the West Coast Conference announced today.
The Zags previously were scheduled to face the two opponents at the beginning of February, but both games were cancelled due to COVID protocols. In their place, the WCC rearranged the schedule, moving up the Pacific Tigers and the BYU Cougars, the original opponents of the final week of play.
The Broncos just got back into action on Feb. 16 against the Lions. LMU restarted conference play on Feb. 13 against Pacific.
The Zags and Santa Clara will tipoff at 4:00 pm, on Feb. 25, broadcast on the CBS Sports Network. They will then host “senior night” against LMU on Feb. 27, at 7:00 pm, on an ESPN channel to be determined later.
It will be the first time Gonzaga has faced either opponent all season.
