There’s only one game featuring the current Gonzaga squad this week, but former Zags have seen action aplenty in recent days.

Domantas Sabonis: Sabonis is continuing his strong season, maintaining his run of double doubles in every game so far. He is averaging 21.9 points, 12.6 rebounds, and 5.6 assists this season, including a 23, 15, and 5 with two steals in a win over Portland last Thursday.

Brandon Clarke: BC recorded his first double double of the season against the Sixers on Saturday. He scored 11 while pulling down 12 rebounds, including seven of the offensive variety. Clarke also had multiple steals in every game this week. He has raised his season average to 13.2 points per game with some solid performances recently.

Kelly Olynyk: Olynyk nearly pulled off a triple double yesterday, instead settling for a 15 point, 8 rebound, 8 assist stat line in a win over the Raptors, in what was still one of his best games of the season. He is averaging 11.3 points and 5.5 rebounds overall, despite having to play a decent number of games in one of the most atrocious sports uniforms I have ever seen.

Inactives: Rui and the Wizards have been out of action for the past week due to various COVID related issues, but are expected to return tomorrow against the Bucks. Hachimura is averaging 13.6 points on 50% shooting this season. Killian Tillie has been added to the Grizzlies’ active roster after dealing with a hamstring issue, but has yet to appear in a game. Zach Collins is still out indefinitely after undergoing ankle surgery.

Filip Petrusev: Petrusev had his best game so far as a professional this week, earning Adriatic League player of the week honors after putting up 32 points, 9 rebounds, and 9 assists in a Mega SoccerBet win. He also added 4 steals while shooting 9 of 17 from the floor. Petrusev is currently leading the league in scoring with 24.1 ppg, seven more than anyone else.

Kyle Wiltjer: Wiltjer had 23 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists in one of two games this week. He is currently leading Turk Telekom in scoring at 17.9 points per game, a mark that is also good for fifth in the Turkish Super League.

Kevin Pangos: Pangos nearly matched his season high in points, dropping 17 in a win last week over Bayern Munich (not the soccer team). He is averaging 11.3 points and 6.5 assists so far this season.

Johnathan Williams: Williams scored 10 points in both games for Galatasaray this week, and is averaging 10.4 points and 7.3 rebounds overall.

Jeremy Jones: Jones had one of his better games of the season this weekend, scoring 14 points, including 3 for 6 from three, for Crailsheim. He also picked up three steals in the win.

J.P. Batista: Batista is enjoying a solid season for Minas in the Brazilian league. He is averaging 14.6 points and 7.2 rebounds per game, while his team is currently in first place at 12-1.
