Clarke has been fantastic with the Memphis Grizzlies in his rookie year, averaging 12.2 points per game, shooting 62.6 percent from the floor. He is fifth in the league with an effective field goal percentage of 65.2 and is eighth in the NBA in offensive rating.
Rui’s solid rookie year has been put on hold since the middle of December after he injured his groin. In the meantime, his first year with the Washington Wizards has been rather nice. He is averaging 13.9 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. Hopefully, Rui will be healthy in time for the game on Feb. 14.
Scott Brooks said Rui Hachimura had a good practice today and he’s hopeful he can play tomorrow against the Nets. But “we’ll see”

The two Gonzaga products will join former Gonzaga forward Domantas Sabonis, who was named to the Eastern Conference All Star roster yesterday. Sabonis is just the second Gonzaga product to achieve the All Star honor, following in the large footsteps of John Stockton.
