Battle 4 Atlantis Bracket: Gonzaga opens against Southern Miss

This tournament is going to be a fun one.

The 2019 Bad Boy Mowers Battle 4 Atlantis bracket has been released, and the Gonzaga Bulldogs will open against the Southern Miss Golden Eagles on Nov. 27.

The tournament features the likes of the Michigan Wolverines, Iowa State Cyclones, UNC Tar Heels, Alabama Crimson Tide, Seton Hall Pirates, and Oregon Ducks.

Southern Miss will probably be the lowest ranked team heading into the tournament, which means the Zags should definitely advance to face the winner of Oregon/Seton Hall. Both Oregon and Seton Hall are appearing in too-early top 25 rankings around the internet, so the tournament will provide a great chance for the Zags to secure some early season wins.

There are already plenty of storylines showing up in the bracket. If the Zags face off against Oregon, the Ducks will be the third Pac-12 team played in the non-conference, joining Arizona and Washington.

If the Zags meet UNC in the championship game, it will be the first of two meetings next season. The Tar Heels come to Spokane on Dec. 18.
