This season, we have been blessed with what, at times, has looked like an unstoppable Gonzaga Bulldogs squad in conference play. Starting the year, the Zags had to wade through a stacked non-conference slate, and do that all minus the services of Killian Tillie, and for a portion of it realistically, Geno Crandall.

Right now, the Zags sit on the season with just two losses. They’ve done that without Tillie for essentially the entire time. The Zags have rolled through conference foes at an unprecedented rate. The best offense in the nation looks better with each passing game and test.

The final test is here. The Zags don’t run the conference table very often, especially as the WCC has slightly improved in fits and bursts over the years. Gonzaga sits one win away from an undefeated run for the first time since 2013.

Of course, the final game had to be the hardest test, Saint Mary’s in Moraga, California. The Zags, the current No. 1 squad, wouldn’t have it any other way.
