Gonzaga vs. Saint Mary’s: Time, TV schedule, and how to stream online

The Zags’ WCC rivals are braving the snow.

NCAA Basketball: San Francisco at Gonzaga James Snook-USA TODAY Sports

The Gonzaga Bulldogs host their WCC rivals, the Saint Mary’s Gaels, for the first time this season. The Gaels, generally speaking are the second-place team in the WCC, but this year, have fallen on some harder times, already owning three losses.

Although the Zags have been crushing opponents left and right this season, it would be a folly to discount the Gaels too quickly. We only have to go back to last season for the last time Saint Mary’s defeated Gonzaga in Spokane.

Granted, this year’s squad is a bit better than last year’s squad, but as we all know in Gonzaga-land, crazier things have happened than an upset in Spokane. This is a younger Saint Mary’s squad, but still led by Jordan Ford, the Gaels can be dangerous.

The Zags will most likely be without Killian Tillie yet again, who unfortunately sprained his foot during the win over San Francisco, and as of the time I am typing this (5:30 pm on Friday), it isn’t known what the extent of the injury is quite yet.

To add to the excitement, it is a big visit weekend for the Zags, who are hosting both Jalen Suggs and Julian Strawther, two of their top 2020 priorities.
