The Gonzaga Bulldogs have another dinner time basketball affair as they take on the Arkansas Pine-Bluff Golden Lions, the first time the two teams have met since 2001.

Spurred by Corey Kispert’s muscles, the Bulldogs powered their way to a 92-42 over the Alabama State Warriors. Things went quite the opposite for the Golden Lions, who looked rather miserable for the entirety of the second-half in a loss against South Florida.

The Zags open the season with multiple tune-up games, going on the road sooner than later to Texas A&M, but until then, it is the Bulldogs feasting on rather overmatched opponents. Tonight’s game is no different.

Arkansas Pine-Bluff very well could be the worst team the Zags play all season. They have a KenPom rating of No. 341 currently (out of 353 possible teams). Even the Portland Pilots won’t (or shouldn’t) approach that level this season.
