College Basketball Rankings: Gonzaga Forever Stuck at No. 8

This week’s AP Poll was rather boring.

NCAA Basketball: Cal. State - Bakersfield at Gonzaga James Snook-USA TODAY Sports

The Gonzaga Bulldogs are still the No. 8 team in the nation according to the latest AP Poll Top 25, which had minimal movement in the top.

Considering virtually every top team won last week, the only movement in the top 10 was the swapping of North Carolina and Maryland. Otherwise, we saw nothing else change. Duke is still the No. 1 team. Someone is still giving Virginia a first-place vote. Gonzaga is still the No. 8 team.

For future opponents, that also means not much shifted. Oregon is still No. 11 and Seton Hall is still No. 13. The Zags very likely could face one of the two teams on Thursday, presuming they win their opening round in the Battle 4 Atlantis on Wednesday.

Arizona is still at No. 14. The Washington Huskies are the only future opponent who saw some movement, rising two spots to No. 23.

Here is the full AP Poll.
