The Gonzaga Bulldogs will face off against the Texas-Arlington Mavericks for the second-straight year. Last season, the Zags defeated the Mavericks, 89-55.

The Bulldogs have won 24-consecutive regular season games, the longest current streak in the nation. They have also won 25-straight games at home, the second-longest streak in the nation and the fifth-longest streak in program history.

The Mavericks have made the Sun Belt Tournament Final the past two seasons, and although they are coming off one of the worst shooting performances in school history, this team likes to shoot the three an obscene amount. If anything, tonight’s contest should be an entertaining one to watch.

We will see just how much the Zags win this one by. Gonzaga has won each of its first four games by a minimum of 30 points. A rather nice start to the season.
