December 14 - December 21
Domantas Sabonis, Indiana Pacers: 14.1 PPG, 9.9 RPG, 3.0 APG through 30 games
Domas has had four double-doubles in his last five games. The Pacers are 20-12 while sitting at 4th place in the Eastern Conference. As much as Indiana has stayed relevant since losing Paul George and gaining Oladipo/Sabonis, I don’t see the Pacers coming out of the East as champions. They are one piece away from becoming contenders in the East. Someone to compliment Oladipo in the backcourt is what they really need. I only see the Raptors, 76ers, and Celtics as possible Eastern Conference champions this season.
Next Game - Pacers @ Nets on Friday, December 21st @ 7:30 PM ET
Domantas Sabonis (@Dsabonis11) has been reborn with the #Pacers as the player he was probably always meant to be.@PaoloUggetti: https://t.co/qrT5Ftfpel

Zach Collins, Portland Trail Blazers: 7.7 PPG, 4.3 RPG, 0.9 BPG through 31 games
Collins’ shot efficiency has really improved since his recent struggles. His field goal percentage has jumped up to .512%. Also, Portland is riding a three-game winning streak over the Grizzlies, at Clippers, and the Raptors. That is some good competition right there. The tide is starting to turn in the Rose City.
Next Game - Jazz @ Trail Blazers on Friday, December 21st @ 10:00 PM ET
Kelly Olynyk, Miami Heat: 9.8 PPG, 4.5 RPG, 2.1 APG through 29 games
The Heat are also starting to step it up as they too are riding a three-game winning streak over the Rockets, at Pelicans, and at Grizzlies. Olynyk had 18 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists in the win at Memphis.
Next Game - Bucks @ Heat on Saturday, December 22nd @ 8 PM ET

Johnathan Williams, South Bay Lakers: 17.9 PPG, 9.6 RPG, 1.5 BPG through 17 games
JW3 is ranked 31st in the G-League for scoring. His squad will be taking on the Fort Wayne Mad Ants at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in the G-League Winter Showcase. This is a great opportunity for these aspiring players to get looked at by NBA scouts. You can check out the game on ESPN+ at 3 PM ET on Saturday, December 22nd.
Nigel Williams-Goss (Olympiacos, Greek HEBA A1): 10.6 PPG, 4.3 APG, 2.5 RPG through 22 games
