4-star 2020 winger Julian Strawther will be coming to Gonzaga for an official visit in February 2019. He will be here the weekend the Gonzaga Bulldogs host the Saint Mary's Gaels.
2020 6’7 G/F Julian Strawther (Liberty/NV) official visit dates are as follows.

Strawther is a 6'7 winger out of Las Vegas, Nevada, and is currently ranked as the top prospect in the state of Nevada and No. 33 overall. Go figure, a forward of his caliber has interest from just about everyone. On top of the schools listed above, Strawther has received interest from schools such as Arizona, Connecticut, Kansas, UCLA, and Illinois.
The Zags offered Strawther in September 2017, and as a 2020 recruit, there is still plenty of time before we hear anything about this—but the fact that Strawther is using (as of now) and official visit on Gonzaga can only be considered a good thing.
Gonzaga already has one 2020 recruit, Dominick Harris, a four-star guard out of California joining the squad. The Zags do have two 2019 wingers coming into the fold in Martynas Arlauskas and Spokane product Anton Watson. For once, in a long while, Gonzaga might not need as much help at small forward.
Strawther is still just a sophomore in high school, however. If he adds a couple of inches, or maybe just one, he could excel in the four spot. Again, like all things recruiting, it is way too early to tell.
