Selection Sunday 2017: How to watch the bracket announcement

You’ll want to be in your chairs at 2:30 pm PT.

March Madness officially starts on Sunday, March 12, and you’ll want to make sure your rear end is in a chair to see where the Gonzaga Bulldogs end up.

There will be some questions answered rather quickly for the Zags. Will they get the No. 1 seed out west? Will they get bumped to No. 2 for the Pac 12 Tournament winner? Is Joey Brackets right and they’ll face Wichita State in the second round again (shudder)?

All of this an more, in thankfully, a slightly shorter Selection Sunday show on CBS. After hearing that no one wanted to watch a bunch of talking heads blather for two hours, CBS cut a half hour off the program for this year.

The program will be hosted by Greg Gumbel, with Clark Kellogg and Seth Davis joining in New York City. Unfortunately, once again, Charles Barkley will try and fill the void with his blabbering nonsense and Ernie Johnson and Kenny Smith will attempt to make their commentary tolerable.

Either way, watch it, maybe on mute.
