Nigel Williams-Goss named Wooden Award Late Season Top 20

The accolades keep rolling in for the Gonzaga guard.

Junior Gonzaga Bulldogs guard Nigel Williams-Goss has been named a Wooden Award Late Season top 20 finalist, on Wednesday.

The accolades for the face of the No. 1 ranked Gonzaga Bulldogs keeps on rolling in. Earlier in January, Williams-Goss was named a finalist for the Bob Cousy Award, an award given every year to the top point guard in the nation.

Williams-Goss is averaging 15.6 points, 4.8 assists, and 1.7 steals this season, and has the fifth-highest PER in the West Coast Conference.

Fifteen players will be whittled down from this list, and then the 10-man All Wooden Team will be announced the week of the Elite Eight. Here is the full list of the nominees.
