The Zags aren’t going too far for their first true road game of the season as they play the Washington Huskies for the 46th time. What was once a lovely back and forth between two fanbases has taken a different tune thanks to the recent trajectory of the two schools, but make no doubt, Hec Ed will be rather loud for this contest. Because, like a lot of other schools, people just really hate Gonzaga.
The Huskies hold the all-time record against Gonzaga, but it has been all Bulldogs all the time as of late. Gonzaga has won 10 of the last 11 contests, although the Huskies have won 18 of the 23 meetings in Seattle.
The Gonzaga Bulldogs are road warriors, however. Since the 2007-08 season, the Zags own a 155-48 mark on neutral or road games, the highest winning percentage in the nation. Breaking it down even further, the Zags are 80-23 in true road games, also the highest mark in the season.
