Free Ira Brown! Reacts to PK80 Squeakers

That, friends, was one hell of a weekend. Three Gonzaga games in four days against major competition (including one of the best games in recent memory) has the Free Ira Brown crew thankful and in awe of the PK 80 Tournament. OK, maybe not in awe, but certainly excited. And full of Thanksgiving food. And Chris’ voice is gone.

Where were we? Oh yeah. With the greatest non-NCAA Tournament competition in college basketball history behind us, Free Ira Brown has it all covered. In the latest episode, our heroes breakdown the beat down of the Buckeyes (Baby Daddy!), the fall to Florida (oh, Silas) and the Rui-breakout-that-was-almost-a-disaster-but-turned-out-OK victory over Texas.

Those stories, plus we check in on the polls and the Gonzaga women, the Tweet of the Week makes its triumphant return -- and just might send us off into a three-on-five rabbit hole -- and we preview the upcoming games against Incarnate Word (don’t call it Incarnate World) and the Creighton Blue Jays (don’t call them the Jays…or Rays).

We also spend some time getting in a good, friendly, not-at-all-point-and-laugh-style chuckle at the expense of a certain team picked to finish very high in its conference. Schadenfreude is alive and well.
