Free Ira Brown and SSF Assemble!

In a world where modern technology allows heroes to fight the forces of evil via a weekly audio medium, sometimes the even the mightiest of warriors need to call in reinforcements. When the forces of justice need more support in the fight for all that is good and holy in the world, the wisest of heroes turn to those who use a different means toward the same end.

Such is the case in the latest episode of Free Ira Brown as our heroes are joined by heroes in their own right: the editor of this very Web site, Peter Woodburn, and Slipper Still Fits writer Keith Ybanez team up for a wide-ranging chat covering their Slipper Still Fits origin stories, their fight against the evil forces that are other fan sites and what their hopes are for this multiverse’s Bulldogs.

Those story lines, plus: the polls are back (like a villain who just. won’t. die.), there’s an update on the recruitment of new members to the team and a quick glance ahead (or behind, in the case of Howard) to the next foes.

And finally, this week’s story arc ends with a rundown of the Top 3 musical acts we’d like as background music to our climactic fight scene…er, make that the Top 3 musical acts we’ve seen. May have gotten a little too into the theme there.
