Thanks for playing UCLA!

NCAA Basketball: Gonzaga at Santa Clara Stan Szeto-USA TODAY Sports

The Gonzaga Bulldogs are now the No. 3 team in the nation according to the latest AP poll.

Gonzaga got a dual boost of sorts when the Arizona Wildcats defeated UCLA. First off, the win helped boost the profile of Arizona, making that win over Arizona a bit better. Second off, the loss from UCLA impacts its potential seeding come the NCAA Tournament (we will ignore what the emergence of Arizona means here).

Villanova and Kansas stayed the No. 1 and No. 2 teams in the nation, and Kentucky and Baylor each moved up a spot to round out the top five. Florida State rose up to No. 6 and Arizona made a huge jump up to No. 7.
