Gonzaga vs. Portland game preview: Redux

After defeating Portland at home, the Zags have a quick makeup game in Chiles Center on Monday.

Yes, you read that correctly. It is a game preview for the Portland Pilots. Yes, you are correct, we did just play the Portland Pilots on Saturday. Yes, you are correct, the West Coast Conference plays its games on Thursday and Saturday.

But remember when the game got cancelled because of inclement weather? Well here we are again. The Zags are off to Portland to play their third game in six days. The last time against Portland went pretty alright, and the Pilots are still reeling from the loss of Alec Wintering.

What will be different is that this game is normally another home game for the Zags, but with the Monday date and the 5:00 pm time slot, it might be a bit quiet in the Chiles Center. At any rate, rather than completely rehashing everything about Portland, how about you read the game preview we wrote two days ago?
