The Gonzaga Bulldogs have officially extended an offer to 6’4 guard David Singleton from Torrance, California.

The Zags are in the mix for the four-star guard, who is rated No. 57 in the 247 Sports Composite. There is some stiff competition for the guard, who has also received an offer from the Oregon Ducks. Singleton has unofficial visits scheduled for Arizona and Arizona State later in August.
Gonzaga has been putting a heavy emphasis on the young guard. The staff ran four deep at the Las Vegas Fab 48 event, with most of those eyes on Singleton. The staff will have to keep the pursuit intense, however. Virtually the entire Pac-12 is taking a serious look at Singleton and he is also reportedly receiving interest from Michigan.
Gonzaga will have plenty of room for Singleton by the time the 2018-19 season rolls around. Barring any unforeseen catastrophe, Silas Melson and Nigel Williams-Goss will have graduated. Josh Perkins will theoretically be a senior, backed up by Bryan Alberts, Zack Norvell, and Jesse Wade. The Zags currently have four open scholarship spots for the 2018-19 season, and lots of minutes to promise Singleton playing time.
