It's been a long, lonely time, the clock moving ever-so-slowly. The second hand making its dragging, inexorable circle. Tick...tick...tick.But then, suddenly, when all seemed lost, when the night seemed darkest, when the...uh...time seemed slowest (sure, why not?), there came most welcome and joyous noise: Free Ira Brown is back in town!!
That's right, FIBbers, your favorite Gonzaga-filled nonsense podcast is back for the 2016-17 season. In the season's first episode (just gets us all tingly reading that), our heroes look back on those who have passed on (from the program, not, you know PASSED on) and we take a big long gigantic and in-depth look at who's on the roster heading into this year (including some absolutely-not-at-all-made-up facts).
Those stories, plus we discuss what we know of Josh Perkins' off-the-court issues, we take a way-too early look at how some of the minutes and rotations may be hashed out and we get really, really excited talking about our depth and potential and skill (aside from Chris being a buzzkill), and we finish up with an old favorite: whose mug most needed thumping this offseason.
All this and more on the latest episode of Free Ira Brown, THE Gonzaga Hoops Podcast. Do join in on the revelry!
