Gonzaga’s 2016-17 TV schedule announced

Nearly half of their games will be broadcast nationally across the ESPN family of networks.

NCAA Basketball: St. Mary's at Gonzaga James Snook-USA TODAY Sports

The Gonzaga men’s basketball team released the full television schedule of the 2016-17 season on Thursday.

The season kicks off with an exhibition against West Georgia on Nov. 5, and the first home game of the season is on Nov. 11 against Utah Valley.

Through a partnership with the WCC and ESPN, as long as some marquee non-conference scheduling, Gonzaga will have 15 of their 31 games televised across the ESPN family of networks. The rest of the games will be broadcast on ROOT Sports, excluding the exhibition game, which will only be available in the Spokane market on KHQ.
