Gonzaga vs. Washington: Open game thread

We've been waiting for this forever. The day has finally arrived. The Gonzaga Bulldogs and the Washington Huskies are about to go toe-to-toe in a matchup for the ages -- or at least this year.

The true home and home isn't supposed to start until the following season, but the basketball gods knew that the masses demanded Gonzaga and Washington to face off after nearly a decade of nothing. The teams just "happened" to draw each other as the first game of the Battle 4 Atlantis, a holiday tournament that many have Gonzaga pegged to win.

A preview of the Washington Huskies is here. The game starts at 9:00 am PT, and is broadcast on ESPN.
