Saying hello (sort of) to The Slipper Still Fits

My name is Peter Woodburn. Let's party.

Slipper Still Fits community, allow me to formally introduce myself.

My name is Peter Woodburn. I like to say I was born and raised in Puyallup, Washington, but in reality I was born in Roseburg, Oregon and moved to Puyallup before I could even crawl. I attended Gonzaga from 2001-2005 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. I currently live in Seattle, Washington, because apparently the thought of living anywhere outside of Washington scares the living hell out of me.

I am also the new site manager of The Slipper Still Fits.

I would like to thank the fine folks at SB Nation for this opportunity, as well as Zach and Max for all of their hard work in creating TSSF and turning it into the site that it is. My goal is to take the site even further. To do that, I will need the help of all of you, to make this the best Gonzaga community, and eventually, hopefully, best NCAAB community on the Internet.

I'm going to keep this short and sweet, because I'd rather save my words for the fantastic season this team will have. I am excited for this new role in this community, and I hope you are ready for the ride as well. If you have any suggestions on what I can do better, or if you are interested in contributing, please fire me an email at peterwoodburnsbn@gmail.com. I would love to hear from you!

Don't expect too many changes around here, except for as much Gonzaga news as humanely possible to digest. Go Zags!
