2014 WCC Tournament: TV schedule, times and how to watch the quarterfinals

The WCC Tournament gets into full gear on Saturday as the quarterfinals begin.

James Snook-USA TODAY Sports

With the WCC Tournament taking a break on Friday, we'll get the quarterfinals action on Saturday as eight teams battle for an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament.

LMU pulled the upset of Portland and Santa Clara rolled all over Pacific as both teams advanced into the quarterfinals. For Gonzaga, facing Santa Clara is a much harder prospect considering how tightly the Broncos played the Bulldogs in the teams' last meeting.

For BYU, facing LMU theoretically is the easier prospect, but the Lions did defeat the Cougars way back at the end of December to open conference play. LMU is playing for pride and BYU is playing for March.

San Francisco won both games against San Diego this year, but like all teams playing San Diego -- one of them was quite close. Saint Mary's has to make a run through the tournament to make March Madness, and out of any team Pepperdine will be a tough draw. The Waves played the Gaels very tightly this year, losing the first game by six points and dropping the second game by three in overtime.

Here is the TV schedule for the quarterfinals on Saturday. All game times are in Pacific Time. Note that in the cases of the BYU/LMU and Saint Mary's/Pepperdine games, the start time will be a half hour after the prior game finishes. Also, for those that do not get BYUtv, TheW.tv will be streaming the first two games on Saturday.
