After a week which saw Gonzaga take down its opponents by an average of 41 points per victory, the Bulldogs have slid up three spots to No. 8 in the just released USA Today Coaches Poll.
Gonzaga was previously slated at No. 11 in the poll but, as expected, made a big jump after dismantling SMU on Monday, St. Joe's on Wednesday, and D2 St. Thomas Aquinas on Saturday.
Kentucky remains the top team in the country with Duke and Wisconsin both jumping up in front of Arizona after the Wildcats struggled a bit with UC Irvine. Louisville is the newest member in the top five as the Cardinals jumped three spots to take No. 5.
