Over the course of the summer, one name that continually popped up was 2014 recruit Bryan Alberts. A tall and versatile guard in the mold of Matt Bouldin, Alberts received the attention of Mark Few and his staff at nearly every event in July. With a scholarship offer in hand, the priority 2014 combo guard will have his first chance to see the Gonzaga campus in October, as he will visit Gonzaga during a trip to the Northwest from October 12-14.
Along with a trip to Gonzaga, Alberts will check out the University of Washington and Oregon St. on this visit. According to his AAU coach, Robert Icart, the plan is for Alberts to spend a day visiting each campus. Along with an offer from the Zags, the BTI Pump N Run guard also has reported offers from Wisconsin, Oregon St., Northwestern, Boston College, Washington and others. For more information on Bryan Alberts, be sure to check out our feature on him that was posted in August.
