Postgame thread: Gonzaga withstands late Florida State surge

Throughout the entire second half I was thinking "I've seen this show before".

Gonzaga got out to a big lead in the first half but then the inevitable second half run came from FSU.  The Zags were paced early and often by the great individual efforts of Elias Harris and Steven Gray but the one player that was absent was senior guard Matt Bouldin.  That all changed in the second stanza.  Bouldin came up huge at the start of the second half and weathered the Seminole storm seemingly all by himself.  As the second half wore on, it seemed dreary for the Zags as Noles guard Deividas Dulkys started hitting shot after shot and seemed to be poised to knock Gonzaga out all by himself.

Thanks to Bouldin and consistent efforts from the rest of the starting five, Gonzaga was able to withstand FSU and advance to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

This thread is yours to celebrate, prognosticate and whatever else you please.  But for tonight all I have to say is GO ZAGS!
