David Stockton has quickly emerged as an elite distributor and tenacious defender, while showing that he has the competitive edge that could push him to the next level professionally. While not as tall as his father, I think David Stockton has enough size, when you consider other guys like Isaiah Nate and Larkin. While he won't be a starter, I think his game, intelligence and competitive edge can thrive as a 2nd unit distributor. I think he has enough quickness and passing instincts, as well as enough savvy to get the job done defensively. The question will be can David develop his shot enough if he is left open. He has made some progress from the ft line, but hopefully he can push himself to really develop a passable 3pt percentage. I think he will get invited to the combine and some sort of NBA audition to prove himself. Nonetheless, David is peaking at the right time, and I look forward to watching him make a deep run in the tournament.
