Mark Few vs Tommy Lloyd

It seems that most of the discussion on this board seems to be around if Mark Few is the right man to lead GU into the future. Now I think that the one thing we can all agree on is that the only realistic option is Few stepping down and Lloyd steps in. I personally wouldn't be to upset if that were to happen but I'm overly optimistic and would look forward to seeing the differences. What do you think would be different? Would Tommy Lloyd take us farther then Mark Few? Do you think there are even any other realistic options outside of Few or Lloyd? How would those against few feel about his understudy getting the job?

At this point I'm a believer that few should stay at least until an upgrade is made in the conference and then we can consider making a change. Until then it just doesn't make sense to me to get rid of a coach that wins 80% of his games (bad conference or not).
