Back in March of 1999, there was a box of frozen corndogs in my freezer. During each weekend game that I watched ta home, I ate at least 3 or for corndogs. In the end, we came up short againts UCONN, but the next year come tourney time, I made sure to get another box of corndogs.
I have always been a strong believer that our actions as fans at home can have a profound effect on the outcome of the game. Thus, I will not be eating corndogs this year, because that never got us over the hump. Rather, I will be eating popcorn and wearing my lucky tanktop during every game.
Today the Gonzaga postseason madness begins in earnest. I have no doubt that the team is well prepared for a run of destiny. I ask the community here, how as a fan are you prepared? What are your game day rituals, and how do you adjust them for The Big Dance?
