I know that I'm going to show my age, but who cares. I have been a Zags fan since the days of zags camp in 92. To see where the program has come, is simply amazing. Back then there was zero expectations to make it to the Big Dance. There was no talk of a one seed, or recruiting on a national level. After our high school games we would drive over and catch the 2nd half for free. The place was less than half filled. Their locker room rivaled a high schools locker room. People were buzzing when they finally made into the top 25. They went from hoping to get a win in the tournament to being the number one seed and the expectation of make a deep run. From Jeff Brown to Matt Santangelo. Then it was Dan Dickau and Blake Stepp to Adam Morrison. Matt Bouldin to Big Rob. Now here we are! It's been a fun ride. It's highly unlikely that Gonzaga will be on the same level as team like Duke year in and year out, (They would have to leave the WCC), but doesn't mean they can't compete on a national level. What a great time to be a Zags fan! In my opinion, this has been the best season and all around team in Gonzaga history! Here's to a deep run in the Big Dance! GO ZAGS!!!!!
