Hey there young recruit, I am the coach for a perennial national power house. We are consistently ranked in the top 20 for close to 15 years now. We win early season tournaments in Maui and elsewhere. We are an event when we come to play in places like the Izzone and Madison Square Garden. Our schedules are not easy, but I have the best win percentage among active coaches. Let that sink in, you want to win against the toughest teams and beat them at home, I can help give you that shot. Our motto has been, "We play anyone anywhere, anytime" It has paid off as we go to the Dance. We go every year. I say every year because it is true. You want the big stage? We are on it, not some of the time, but all the time. Our games are for the most part nationally televised: ESPN Gameday, ESPN 1, 2 , U and Classic. We do not do the Ocho here. My nationally recognized staff and I develop players. Just this year a player of mine is now in the discussion for national player of the year. I myself an assistant coach for the USA under 19 squad. We win and we win big. So, do you want to come play for me?
Could some one explain to me why recruitment is an issue?
