Is Elias Harris declaring and leaving for the NBA early? This mock draft has him as the last pick in the 2nd round.

He can always declare, go to the NBA draft combines, work out, get some feedback, and NOT sign with an agent, so he can return for another season.
If he does stay in the draft, what does he need to work on? I just looked at his numbers and it looks like his scoring numbers are down, but his rebounding is better.
