The University of the Pacific Tigers are joining the WCC in the 2013-2014 season. The Tigers had a good run of 3 straight years in making it to the Dance in the mid 2000's, but haven't been back to the tournament since 2006 and finished 11-19 this season. To be honest I am not very excited about this addition to the conference as I was when BYU joined. It forces Gonzaga to have to play 2 games against a mediocre opponent, lowers our RPI, and cuts into available dates we have to play quality non-conference opponents.
What does everyone else think of the newest member to join the WCC?
