Around SBN: Seahawks Trade for TE Kellen Winslow

http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/feature/index?page=caponecup

Kevin Pangos is in the running for ESPN's Capitol One Impact Player of the Week. He is in the running with Kris Joseph, Austin Rivers, and Anthony Davis - some great players!

Everyone should vote!

I would vote

but I couldn’t vote for Kevin in good conscience. Not after Rivers’ buzzer beater :(

Good to see Kevin getting a second wind as we dive into mid February. Great pair of games from him last weekend.

Really?

You think a Duke fan would be saying the same if it were the other way around? Hell no. Rivers was the number 2 incoming freshman, he’s supposed to make plays like that. Kevin wasn’t even on the list.

well I really just didn't see the point in voting

KP up against guys from Cuse, UK, and Duke.. they have way too many fans for us to overcome.

Gu finished 3rd in the voting for 'best student section'

behind only Kansas and Purdue.

Speaking of which, vote for GU to make it to the Elite 8! it will probably be the only Elite 8 we make this year!

yeah, he wasn't in many top 100 piece of crap rankings for incoming freshmen

now many people consider him a top 5 freshman. Even though GBJ fell out of the top 100 incoming poll on NBAdraft.net after he signed with GU instead of a power 6 conference, I am confident he has outplayed the majority of the players who were ranked ahead of him.

kevin

kevin would be up there, if not an outright winner, if he were able to connect on the road with his threes, like he does at home. If he overcomes his fear and confidence in road games, he wins.
