After a week that included a dominating 84-50 win over West Virginia, Zag fans are on top of the world heading into the Old Spice Classic. Yesterday, the Bulldogs got their final tune up before heading to Orlando as they easily dispatched South Dakota by a score of 96-58. Freshman Przemek Karnowski will grab a majority of the headlines for the Bulldogs as he continues to score at an insanely efficient clip (20 points in 19 minutes yesterday against South Dakota) but this past week was a testament to the depth that most of us were so excited about during the offseason.

A plethora of college basketball rankings should be hitting the press today, including the two that really matter: the AP & Coaches Poll. While November rankings are worth about as much as the paper they are printed on, the Zags should jump quite a bit following a very impressive week.
