This site currently projects the Zags to win the WCC tourney:  http://www.omnirankings.com/mcb-WestCoastTournament.htm.  It shows Gonzaga over USF and Saint Mary's over Portland in the semis, with the Zags over Saint Mary's in the title game.

Probability breakdown of winning the tournament: Gonzaga 47%, Saint Mary's 35%, USF/Portland/Santa Clara each about 5%. 

At the moment, Gonzaga would be a projected two-point underdog at Moraga but favored on a neutral court.
