Got no trouble with your rules but I do think you should maybe consider a form of punishment that is short of an outright ban. Sometimes folks get carried away and get stuck on a particular jag that gets them in trouble. I think that if you give them a chance to cool off they can come back and continue to participate in this community.
To that end, I would suggest you consider the concept of the 'dog house'. If a poster gets a little out of line put him/her in the doghouse for a week or two. During this period of time the offender is temporarily banned from participation but is not permanently exiled (and get real -- if you ban someone forever and day, all they need to do is create a new 'persona' to make their way back onto the site.)
Doghousing is more humane than a death sentence and . . . it seems especially appropriate where Gonzaga is concerned.
