Congratulations to Pilot Brothers . . . .
No offense to our Portland Pilot friends but here is the head scratcher of the WCC scheduling season. UOP will be playing in the Rose Garden against . . . . KENTUCKY?? Good luck to the Pilots and I hope they crush that slime ball Calipari and his crew of semi-pro basketball players (generally speaking).
That begs the question though how do we get stuck with Notre Dame and UOP can pull a home game with Kentucky? How many years in a row will Portland have to travel to Lexington to make up for this?

"Stuck with Notre Dame"
Are you forgetting that also on the schedule is…….Memphis, Illinois, Baylor (99%), Xavier, the CBE Classic (K-State, Duke, Marquette), Washington State, and Wake Forest.
Notre Dame, to my knowledge, isn’t finalized but it would be fine with me at this point. That is a stacked schedule.
As far as Kentucky/Portland, that game was meant to be Gonzaga but they were trying to completely work the series over in their favor after the game in Portland to the point where we’d have to go there a couple times with no return to the state of Washington. Not worth it and, to be honest, I want nothing to do with Calipari after what he did to us at Memphis.

Yeah I wouldn’t want Kentucky this season (especially in portland without a return to Spokane), but I am still not sold on Notre Dame.

For those of us that do not know,
WHAT did Calipari do to us at Memphis? Besides beating us?
Not a Cal fan, just wondering if he did something else I can dislike him for.
Its gonna be gLoRiOUS!!~
Rooting on the Pilots
I will root for the PIlots because I despise Calapari, but like Zach said, better Portland then us, Calapari has had our number for quite some time.
It was all just a dream...
Does this have something to do with a boy named Terrance?
I’d bet money on it. He’ll be coming home to play in front of his family/friends.

It has everything to do with him
Calipari promised him a game in Portland.
