Crack open a can of FOSTER

Who would have guessed that Foster would score more points than Elias today? This is a great example of how a match up against an athletic team can wreak havoc on a player like Harris.  Few and the coaching staff did a fantastic job preying on the weak side when it collapsed on Sacre' or Harris. The lane was wide open for a seven foot five can of woop ass from Foster.  I love it! Watching him slam those dunks down had the satisfaction that all of us mediocre talented people are inspired to see. He has been building up frustration- dropping a pass here. Tripping over his feet there. Until today he finally got the ball in his hands with some light at the end of the tunnel. It reminded me of the scene in Christmas Story when Ralphie decided to beat the crap out of the neighborhood bully. He had finally had enough. He was going to catch that stupid ball and slam it down somebody's throat.  He could be a great one two punch heading into the tournament. Way to go Foster! You made us all feel seven feet tall today.

Whoa!

He had a great contribution, but cooool it!

He’s found his niche, but when the officials allow Harris to be effective Foster won’t need to have such an impact. Great stuff from him of late, but I’m going to do him a favor and not expect that too much. He’s going to help us down the stretch a lot…

Happy for Will - great game

I sometimes felt bad for the guy. The games where he messed up and the crowd screams, groans, and lets him know. I don’t know how many times he got yanked and walks off the court totally dejected looking while fans are yelling about his poor play.

Lovin it when the cheers got so loud as he hit those 2 free throws vs Portland and he did a fist pump, I thought the place was gonna tip over!

Keep feedin the giant!!~ GO WILL

Its gonna be gLoRiOUS!!~

Great job today

Will’s been one of my favorite players since his freshman year. I used to see him at Safeway a lot and whenever I would compliment him on a game, he’d always look over his shoulder for a teammate before realizing I was talking to him and that I wasn’t being sarcastic. It’s nice to see that he’s maturing as a player, gaining confidence, and earning some extended PT as a result.

Go Zags!

Hubba Hubba

I love your post, Zagallum. I’ve never been a Foster fan (lots of cringing when he took the floor) but I’m really happy he’s having a “mini coming out party” this week, and wish him the best.
