LMU to Win WCC?

Clearly if he had to put his life on it he wouldn’t pick LMU. You can tell just from the writing.

I don’t think Adams really thinks so. But just think about it. Gonzaga is picked year in and year out to win the WCC. Would get kind of boring, don’t you think?
I think this was more of a sleeper watch rather than a “This is who wins, no doubt” column. Since Gonzaga is surprising no one, he went with LMU, whom I think is the scariest team in the conference no doubt.

They gotta beat somebody first! Lost last night to Morgan State at Home!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now that to me is not a good start towards winning the WCC.
But...Morgan State is no pushover
Its great to hear LMU stumbled right out of the gate but Morgan State went 27-10 last year and won the Mid Eastern Conference. They are expected to win it again this year too.
Yes, they aint no Duke, but a loss to them is not as bad as it seems, IMO.

I think this is a good thing...
This just speaks to how much better the WCC is getting…There are a few teams that could give the Zags a go…Look at the Pac-10, it seems that every year it is up in the air.
Saying this, Gonzaga has the most talent…but they always have a target on there back, wheter its against a WCC opponent or an ACC opponent.
